A: We keep all member information private and secure. We do not store any sensitive information in our servers. Email Address are kept in-house account purposes only. |
| Q: Are you in the US? |
| A: Yes, we operate out of the midwestern area. We will have our address information disclose in our contact information soon. |
| Q: How do we contact you? |

| Q: Can other members obtain my phone number and email Address? |

A: Only if you wish to have your phone number and email address displayed in your Ad. Otherwise the member can contact you through our own in-house email system. You have access to your messages in your "my Account" page. |
| Q: What is the Rating system based on? |

A: The rating system on an Ad is based on the item. You can post a comment about the item and rate it according to your thoughts about the item. |
| Q: How do I report a missappropriate ad? |
| A: There is a "Report this Ad" link at the bottom of every Ad posted. You may wish to click on that link and it is sent directly to our support team for review. |
| Q: I can't access my account? |
| A: You may click on "Forgot Password" link to change your password or have it sent to your email. If you don't get your information, please contact us. |
| Q: I can't post due to restriction on my account |
| A: You may have had your account frozen due to too many inappropriate items listed. Please contact us. |
| Q: Where is the user agreement terms? |
| A: You can find the user agreement terms by clicking on this link. Every member has checked the box agreeing to follow these terms. |
